Where do we ship from? To bring you the most exquisite handcrafted designs at the best value, Heygirl utilizes a global fulfillment network. Your orders are dispatched directly from our central international production studio, allowing us to maintain our high artisanal standards while serving dreamers worldwide.

1. Processing Time Because each set of nails is meticulously handcrafted, inspected, and packaged by our artisans, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We partner with premium global logistics networks to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $49.00 USD.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $7.99 USD applies to orders under $49.00 USD.

Once your order leaves our international facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

(Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.)

3. Order Tracking Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Insider Tip: Because your package is traveling internationally, it may take 2-4 days for the tracking information to initially update in our local courier's system. Don't worry, your beautiful nails are already en route!

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are typically not applied to small parcels, but if they do occur, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
